| Help In Processing your Order and navigating the web site |
| Due to certain security blocks you may have a problem with some browsers processing the order program of our site.
Sometimes you will Click on a summit button or a button to move from page to page or from item to item and nothing will happen. If this occurs you can press on a button which is called: "If Javascript is disabled in your browser Click here"
This button is located in the "My Account Box" on all the pages of the web site and on the right side on any page.
A Web process called (Javasript) sometimes may need to be enabled because your browser may have "javasript" and will need to be activated (turned on) in order to allow the site navigation process to function. By clicking on that button you should now be able to navigate thoughout the site.
If you still find you are having a problem in the placement of an order or finding an item or a sample please call us and we will process the order as a phone order and process the invoicing though the Internet email system or though faxing or general mail.
