Do have a real showroom or are you just an Internet site?
Yes, We have a showroom and warehouse in Northern California.
Can we purchase items from your showroom floor?
Yes, We try to have a large selection of our product line available for our customers to view on our showroom floor. We will order your merchandise from the manufacture and process your order as fast as possible. The average time for delivery of in-stock merchandise is seven to fourteen days from the placement of your order.If the items are back ordered then the delivery time can be up to twelve weeks.
Do you have a large selection of Fabric, Micro Fibers and Leathers and can we receive a sample we are interested in?
Yes, We have over thirty different Leather samples and over three hundred Fabric and Micro Fiber samples on our showroom floor many of which are displayed on the this web site.
We will Fed X to you a sample so you willbe able to see and feel the material.
What will happen if the merchandise we order arrives damaged?
If you receive an item which is damaged please call 1-877-741-5077 at the point of delivery if that is possible. If the item is refused and sent back we will pay all costs and ship you new merchandise. If you choose to accept the item and find out that there is something broken after you have taken the item from the shipper we will either replace the item or repair it at your request. It is not often that you would receive our merchandise damaged as the merchandise we sell is packed very well but yes sometimes merchandise is damaged and we would like you to understand that when you purchase any item from The Mission Works we stand behind what we sell and will provide the personal customer service which will allow you to feel secure in your transaction with our company. Our relationship with our customers does not end after you receive your merchandise. We hope that your experience with The Mission Works will bring us new customers and this is how we intend to grow our company.
